Organises fund raising events to raise funds both for the Boarhills Village Hall SCIO and other community bodies such as the Church, and the Community Trust.

Summary of the main achievements of BOARHILLS VILLAGE HALL SCIO ANNUAL REPORT 2024-25 the charity during the financial period
|
This year the hall purchased a memorial tray with 3 quaiches, in memory o be used at all future Burns suppers. A tull quote has been received for the works to improve the outside doors, addpreventa disableddamp. accessThis willtoiletallow andus torepairapplytheforbar funding area tofrom removethe national mould and lottery and the Changing Places Toilet Fund for Scotland. The hall hosted a number of successful events including the annual village hall BBQ and walk, a Halloween night, a ceilidh, wreath making and a very Successful Burns Supper among others. lt has also been used regularly for Community Council meetings and an Art Class through the winter months.
The Hall continues to host the defibrillator and the resilience equipment for the community.
