Charity Trusteeship is open to:
12.1 any person aged 18 or over who expresses an interest in mental
health and can contribute to the achievement of the purposes of the
organisation.
Application for charity trusteeship
13.Any person who wishes to become a charity trustee must sign
a written application for charity trusteeship.
14.
The application will be considered by the board at its next
meeting.
15.
If the application is successful, the applicant will be subject
to a PVG check.
16.
The board may, at its discretion, refuse to admit any person
to trusteeship. This will be determined by majority vote.
17.
The board must notify each applicant promptly in writing
(including email) of its decision on whether or not to admit them.
The board does not need to provide a reason.

Speak Charity has received £1170 in donations and £90 from travel refunds. These unrestricted funds may be used at the discretion of the Trustees in furtherrance of the objects of the Charity.
