Objectives: 3.2 To develop the capacity and skills of the residents of Moray with particular attention to the most socially and economically disadvantaged communities with particular emphasis on young people and those, such as Senior Citizens and Disabled people, who are disadvantaged by the rural isolation of much of our area. 3.2 To advance the education of people in Moray by providing training in the use of radio and ancillary equipment. This aims to enable them to build their confidence by contributing to programme production and broadcasting and, as a result, to extend their contribution to the economic, social and civic life of the community of Moray.
