Income

With no election this year, all the income came from hall rents and totaled £1176. I also applied for a grant from the Stewartry Area Committee for £4000. This left us with a balance of £6602, however £2900 of this was committed to paying for the floor refinishing and has now been spent.

Expenditure

The largest expense was the heating, which was £1540 for the year. I have agreed a 2-year fixed price deal with Scottish Gas to hold it at the current price until 2027.

The next largest expense was Insurance which went up very slightly to £738.

We also had a couple of minor repairs, one to the roof and one to the sink in the kitchen which totaled £363. Finally, the annual fire inspection and extinguisher maintenance at £120.

This leaves an end of year balance of £6602.52
