The charity is a Scotttsh Charitable Incorpordted Organi5ation ISCIOI and was registered in its
current legal form on 241h Au8U5t 2017.
Trustees
The currentTrustees have been rn post Sin￿ formation. Anyfurther appointments as
Trustees will be in accordance with the constitution. All current Trustees agreed to continue
in post for the minimurn of the nextthree year>

The org3nisation's purposes are the preventson of poverty. the advancement of education.

Actlvlties
In the rew)rting period the organisation contint￿d to operdte the retail unit at 96A High
Street. Invergordon which provided a base for offerin8 training and volunteering
opportunities for long term unemployed and people with learning difficulties. Volunteering
opportunities were offered based on availability- the retail unit was available 6 days a week
9.30am until 4.30pm with appropriate break5 I[￿een.
During the reporting period the organisation had a mix of short term an(5 ad hocvolunteers.
Their duties covered Stock control. stock priong, cash handling and customer relations. The
aEe of the volunteers ranged from 18 to 64 years old. We provided fvll time employment to I
member of staff, recruited from the localjob markeL The managertook ￿spOnsIbl]ityf0rthe
supervisionltr8iningof the volunteers.
The organisation continued to work dosety wtth the local job￿ntre Plus to advertise
volunteering opportunities lo their dients to provide a wateway to return to the job markeL
The organisation continued its membership with the Jobcentre Plus, National Scheme
Disability Confident. In addition, we worked closety with the local Academy giving pl8￿ment
for I pupil to tske part in his Duke of Edinburgh Award. We also supported 3 pupils with
them taking part in the Young Philanthroptst Initiative.
The Company= GNe a ￿ttle Hope IHighlandl Ltd. afterexpenses. donated the majority of the
trading profits from the retail unit solefy to Hope Invergordon. A Small amount was ￿taIned
for future securwty.

The totsl incomÈ forthe perlod was £23.(m. Expendiiure forthe peri¢￿ wa5 £7,307.97.
A surplus of £15.692.03 for this reporting perh)d. This will be added to the existing bank
balance and carried over for fvture projects.

Little Hope IHighlandl Ltd £20.C￿. The Wood Foundation YPI Award £2500 and Invergordon
Academy £503. Thi5 income is u5e(I to provide Grart5 to local community group5. who
submilted the appropriaie application foim through our annual proce&4.
Reserves Policy
Atthe presenttirne, the Tntstees con&der that the balance £75,985.64 should be carried
over as unrestricted funds to alk•w a continuatiL)n of the Grant scheme for a fvrther period.
TheTrustees feel thatat presentthere Is no wulrement to hold any restricted funds.

For the year 2025-2026 to expand and develop trainiiwd /volunieering opportuntties and
continue operating the retail unit. There wnay be an opwrtunityto consrderopening
further retail unit in Tain. The Secretary has been tasked to explore the opportunity and
report back to thg Board byjuty 2025.
