**Objectives:** 1	The organisation’s purposes are: 1.1	To promote social inclusion and reduce rural isolation experienced by families living on Islay and Jura by providing a childcare facility within the community that is open to all children aged between 0 – 15 years. 1.2	To reduce financial hardship by providing attainable childcare, enabling parents to take up employment or go back to work. 1.3	To promote an active and healthy lifestyle for children attending the childcare facility. 1.4	To provide children with a safe and nurturing environment in which to maintain routines and support and encourage the development of their abilities, confidence and self-esteem, appropriate to age and stage. 1.5	To promote a sense of belonging by providing the children with the opportunity to learn about the culture and environment in which they are living.
