The purposes of the Trust are to aid and improve conditions of persons with Multiple Sclerosis and other long-term disabling conditions through the provision of self-catering holiday accommodation and a drop-in therapy centre at Homelands, Lundin Links, Fife as provided in a Trust Disposition and Settlement with note attached dated 1 March 1987 and codicil annexed dated 8 May 1989 of the late Miss Isabel Carse Paxton, who resided at Homelands, Lundin Links, Fife

Objectives: The organisation's purposes are: 4.2.1 to provide for and assist those who are in need by reason of ill health or life limiting conditions and also their family members and/or carers. Assistance shall be provided to those in need through the provision of purpose built self-catering, holiday facilities and community hub facilities, on the site known as Homelands, Lundin Links. and 4.2.2 To generally promote, advance and improve facilities provided to those who are affected by disability and their carers/family in the United Kingdom.
