Objectives: 4 The organisation's objectives are to: 4.1 provide public benefit by existing for the charitable purposes of the advancement of education (b) and the advancement of animal welfare (o), as listed in the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005. 4.2 develop and maintain an online educational platform which increases the accessibility of scientific research to all of those whom work with, own, or are interested in horses. 4.3 translate available research on the most common health and performance-limiting problems for equines into easily understandable summarised points, to maximise the health of horses in training in GB. 4.4 establish a network of those whose common goal is to minimise the impact of equine injury and disease. 4.5 to collaborate with stakeholder organisations within the horseracing, veterinary and equestrian industries to promote the welfare of horses used in sport and recreation.
