The charity itseff principally fundraises to ensure ￿erVeS are available to make grants, donations or gifts to
individuals or organisations and to enable it to carry out activities or services itse￿.
The organisation is established for charttable purposes only, and in particular, the object Is= The
advancement of health, concentratin8 on Mental Health. Throtsgh our fundraising and contacts. we want to
support organisations and individuals.
Activities and achievements
The Charity was awarded charitable ststus on 26th June 2017.
The Kris Boyd Charity has had another impactFul year. rasing awa￿ne$S of mental health through a diverse
range of programmes, partnerships. and communbty initiatives.
Throughout the year, the charity continued to deliver a signbficant number of free Mental Fitness Seminars
and Fit in 30 classes, using its social media channels to reach as many people as possible. This allowed us to
signpost individuals towards organ￿atIonS offering profeSs￿nal support and guidance.
Our fundraising events-the Annual Golf Event, Sportsman'5 Lunch. and Ladie< Lunch-were once again a
great success, collectivety raising just under £s2,5￿)12023. £40.IXY)I.
These fund5 play a vital role in expanding our reach, raising awareness of mental health, and connecting
individuals with the supp)rt they need.
Collaboration5 and Inltlatives
We are proud to have strengthened our partnerships with several outstanding organisations:
Ayrshire College- Through the Passing Positivity and Connecting Communrties initiatives, we
continue to promote mental health awareness and foster a stronger sense of community.
Callum's Cabin: We provided funding to supwrt families of children battling cancer by offering
much-needed mental health assistance following a (liagnosis.
The Little Art Sthool: We are proud to support this independent charity, which uses the power
of art to help children in Ayrshire develop confidence. creativity, and social skills.
Free Online Fitness aasses: In line with our commitment to promoting physical and mental well-
bein& we offered f￿e online fitness dasses. making it easier for indNiduals to stay active and
boost their mental health from home.
Clothes and Christmas Gift Distribution: We funded Chr￿tMaS gifts for children in Ayrshire
schools and provided financial SUPFK)rt to local food and clothes banks, helping families in the
most deprived areas.

Expanding Our Reath
We were also delighted to support the inaugural c4￿m￿nIty Sports Hub Be AWe￿e Famlly Food
Programme. which promotes family well-being through healthy eating and physlcal artivty.
In addttSon. we partnered with Men Matter Scotland to support the creation of a talking group in Ayrshire,
provldln8 a safe space for men to share their experlences and access peer support.
L¢x>klng Ahead
Moving into the new financial year, the charity remains committed to Its core mlsslon: raisin8 awareness of
mental health, providin8 fundln8 to SUPWrt Impactful mental health InltlatSves, and backing local
community projects. We will continue to collaborate with mental he8lth organlsatlons and expand our focus
on initiatives targeting 18-24 year olds, helping to create a more resilient and supported generation.

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 30th June 2024.

The charity's trustees are reswnsible for the preparation of the accounts In accordante with the terms of
the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotlandl Act 2(M)S and the Chari(les Accounts (Scotlandl Regulations
2006. The charity trustees consider that the audTI requirement of Regulation 10111 Idl of the Accounts
Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the attounts as required under sectlon 44111
Icl of the Act and to State whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent examlne¢s staternent
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulatlon 11 of the Char￿leS Attounts (Scotlandl
Regulations 2006. An examinatlon includes a revle4W of the accountlng records kept by the charlty and a
comparlson of the accounts presented with those records. It also Includes conslderatlon of any unusual
items or disc105ure5 in the accounts and seeks explanations from the trustees concernin8 any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and
consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view 8iven by the account5.
