**What the charity does:** The charity was  set up to advance health, with a particular focus on mental health, supporting children and young people, individuals with health conditions, and the wider community.  It achieves this by raising funds through events and donations, which are used to deliver its own programmes—such as mental fitness sessions, workshops and online wellbeing activities—and to provide financial support to other organisations and community initiatives. The charity also works in partnership with schools, charities and community groups to raise awareness, improve access to support, and promote positive mental wellbeing.
