The Falkland Gardening Group was established to improve and maintain the environment of Falkland by using various planting themes throughout the year. It also provides allotments and polytunnel space where our members are able to grow various produce. Activities in 2025 included: 1. Open Gardens in July with many lovely Gardens viewed by the public 2. The Howff meeting room now completed 3. The heather bed plants and trees are now maturing opposite the primary school. 4. Supporting the Snowdrop Open gardens in February at Millfield. 5. Garden visits to Willowhill Garden, Forgan. 6. Honing of village plants and compost to get a better display. 7. Rowan trees have been planted opposite the factory site. 8. In conjunction with Fife Council work has started on East Loan/Cross Wynd with bulb planting, this will be a project which develop over several years.
