The charity is set up to further the education of the children who attend Pitreavie Primary School. We do this by hosting extra events and activities for all students and by also providing funds for additional equipment the school may need. We also help to supply the incoming class of P1s with bookbags and ties and also the P7s with events to help celebrate their final year of school.

Objectives: The Advancement of Education, which will be achieved by the following methods: 1. to promote close co-operation and communication between parents and teachers 2. to study and discuss matters of mutual interest relating to the education, welfare and experiences of pupils 3. to engage in activities which support and advance the education and experiences of pupils attending the school 4. to promote partnership between the school, pupils and all parents 5. to work in partnership with the school to create a welcoming school that is inclusive of all parents
