**What the charity does:** To deliver a nationally recognised programme of athletics in and out of the school environment,  To participate in local and national events maximising the opportunities for people of all ages to enjoy and benefit from the sport of athletics,  To work closely with local council and other groups to promote a fit and active lifestyle.

**Objectives:** The Club will operate as a non-profit distributing charity whose principal objectives are:  To promote and develop the sport of Athletics in North Ayrshire and its environs  The provision of recreational activities and/or facilities with a view to improving the conditions of life for those who the activities/facilities are primarily intended for. In furtherance of these objectives the club shall endeavour to provide a safe, friendly and welcoming environment for all to enjoy the sport.
