The charity is set up to provide a community facility for residents to use for a variety of activities. Local and outside organisations hire the hall for meetings, activities and fund raising. Individual residents hire the hall for family get togethers and parties. All monies raised goes towards maintaining the hall to a high standard and is managed by a group of Trustees, all of whom are volunteers.

Objectives: The advancement of community development. The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended.
