These workshops followed our customary pattern of tutored sessions during the day with a mini concert at the end where the different classes each played the pieces they had learned during the day. Three events were held during the year: ## **Glenbuchat Music Day** – **25[th] June 2022** This proved to be a welcome return to our favourite location. The local hall was once again used as the hub and local residents were very kind a hospitable in opening up their houses to provide accommodation for several of the classes. The day was concluded with an open session held in the local hall. The classes held were - Fiddle - Guitar - Traditional Song **Huntly Music Day** – **5[th] November 2023** This was the first time we had held an event in Huntly. It turned out to be a good choice of venue. There were sufficient venues around the main square to allow all the classes to be held in close proximity, and Square Deal proved to be an excellent hub for the event. The mini concert was held in the library which was a lovely venue. The day was concluded with an open session held in the event hub. The classes held were - Fiddle - Traditional Song - Guitar - Mixed Instruments **3** **Ballater Music Day** – **25[th] March 2023** The Victoria and Albert Halls complex in Ballater was used to host this set of workshops, along with the plenary concert.
