To provide a support network for recovering addicts by holding weekly meetings and social events to improve mental health and education.

Objectives: The purpose of Inverclyde Recovery Café is to assist the advancement of: Education - co-ordinate & facilitate access to / deliver a range of recovery training opportunities and self- help development (informal and structured) to enhance skills and understanding with regard to recovery ? from addictions, mental health problems, lifes circumstances Health - co-ordinate & facilitate access to / deliver a range of complementary / alternative therapies and activities that enhance health & wellbeing Community Development - Inverclyde Recovery Café seeks to build seeking recovery, with mental health problems it is also for people who are affected by these issues, thus it does have a focus on the community. It hopes to build recovery communities and encourage friends of recovery. It is also common for people in / seeking recovery, to seek to give back to their community, by volunteering etc and indeed to become active citizens, and productive members of society.
