It was registered in its current legal form on 21 April 2017. Appointment of Trustees Any person who wishes to become a trustee sh311 lodge with the organisation a written application, and that application will be put fopward at the Annual General Meetins and be put to a vote of the Membership.
Objectives and Activities Charitable purposes The advancement of public participation in sport: and the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. Achievement and Performance It has been a busy and successful year at Drumchapel Table Tennis Development Scheme. The club has had success in the British League again this year with the women's team winning the Premier Division for the second tlme in a row, massive achievement by the ladies team. In the British League, DrumchapeS Glasgow 2 finished in 2. position in th National Bl. The Junior Boys team won the 4 Division in the Junior British League, and the Junior Girls team finished in 3, position in Division 2. The club also had success at the Nationals and tournaments throughout the year with many players from Primary to Senior players being selected to represent Scotland. Financial Review Reserves Policy The Trustee's policy is to retain 3 months, worth of running costs to meet commitments and to cover any unexpected expenditure.

The board/committee is responsible for the preparation of the accounts for Drumchapel Table Tennls Development Scheme. It is my responsibllity to examine the accounts as required by law. The personal qualifications of the independent examiner5 must be of a professional nature but as the turnover is under £1 million a chartered accountant is not required. Basis of Independent Examinerfs Statement. My examination is carried out in accordance with Legal Regulations. An exarnination includes a review of the accounting records kept by Drumchapel Table Tennis Development Scheme and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideraticn of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks explanations from the board concernlng any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts. Independent Examinerfs Statement. In the course of my examination, no matter has come to my attention l.
