|and|well|managed|with|the|support|of the|outgoing|Chair and|founder|of|

|Competitively|we|have|one|Under|14,|one|Under|16,|two|Under|18|
|teams,|one|senior women|and|one|senior|men’s|teams|playing|in|
|leagues.|Our community|sessions were|put|on|hold|due|to|changes|in|
|the|coaching|team|however we were|able|to|create|additional|classes|for|
|two|Development teams,|one|in|the|Under|12-14|age|group|and|another|
|in|the|Under|16-18|age|group.|Again|this|year there was|a|significant|
|increase|in|player|registration|and|the|waitlist|of children who would|like|
|to|participate|continues|to|be|managed|via|the|Development|team|route.|
|Planning|for the|next|season|was|severely|impacted|by|the|loss|of the|let|
|at|Clyde|Primary,|a venue|that we|played|in|five|nights|a week|and|most|
|of the|teams|had|at|least one|session.|Thankfully we were|permitted|to|
|play|out|the|rest|of the|season|to|Summer 2025|at|the|venue|and|we|will|
|continue|to|search|for|alternative|venues|for|next|season|however|this|
|will|have|a|significant|impact|on|pre-season|planning.|
|Retention|and|recruitment|of key|volunteers was|critical|to|the|success|
|as well|as|upskilling|new and|existing|volunteers.|Unfortunately,|we|lost|
|two|of our|coaches|at the|beginning|of the|season|but we were|able|to|
|recruit|an|additional|four|coaches|as|well|as|supporting|a|number|of|
|parents|and|players|to|complete|table|officiating|qualifications.|We|have|
|continued|to|develop|some|of the|older|players|into|assistant|roles|to|
|supporting|the|coaches|with|the|younger teams.|
