APPENDIX 1

Achievements and performance

Summary of the main achievements of
the charity during the financial period
As discussed with the OSCR team in recent telephone conversations,
FITkidz Academy’s fundraising activities to date have so far been
unsuccessful - due, in no small part, to the current economic downturn.
The present financial climate is evidently making it harder for charities,
particularly recently established ones like FITkidz Academy, to raise the
seed funding and ongoing sponsorship necessary to support our
charitable initiative’s implementation and get it off the ground.
In view of this, we have been advised to declare that FITkidz Academy’s
status is currently ‘dormant’, pending successful funding bids in the future.
This status is reflected in the null accounts declared in the corresponding
document. We hope that fundraising efforts will be much more fruitful over
the forthcoming financial year.
