Linlithgow Burgh Trust incorporates Burgh Beautiful Linlithgow and Linlithgow Civic Trust. Burgh Beautiful Linlithgow aims to enhance the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow’s historic environment through its horticultural, environmental and community activities, encouraging civic pride and making the town more attractive to visitors. The Civic Trust stimulate and advance public interest in, and care for, the beauty, history, character and well-being of Linlithgow and district, as defined by the EH49 postcode district.
Objectives: The Trusts purposes are to promote, for the public benefit, the advancement of environmental protection and improvement, the advancement of heritage and the arts and the advancement of citizenship and community development, such charitable purposes being realised through the following activities:
