objects are:
to advance the saving of lives bv:
allowing anyone that has lost someone they love, or is suffering from mental
health issues, to share acts of kindness, love, hope and inspiration
-the charity will encourage acts of kindness, including, but not limlted to, showlng
kindness to others, smillng at others, contartlng ffiends, leavlng random messages
or glfts, popplng Into a home or hospltal to shared stor6es wlth resldents, or by
simply writing on one of the LoveLÈigh cards that are provided by thè charity.
4providing kindness Ix>xe5 and guidance on h¢)w being kind can save lives

thosè who may be In need, and also to ralse the awareness of mental wellbelng.
to raise awarenèss on how to approach and deal wrth identifying thosè that may
need help and provide signp05ting to other 5UPPQrt network5. The charity will

teachers and pupils to encourage earty awareness of mental wo11-b8ing, and
encouraglng everyone to use klndness to help others.
Summary ofthe main
activities
in relation to these objects
We o)ntinue to manage our communty Facebook page and other social media
channels. The communlty Facebook page has provided a plaffonn for many of
members and non-members to get in touch for lrfe saving help. We continue to work
with other charities to strengthen this ne￿rk
We now have an updated website which has aLso been an effective way of
encouraging pecyle to get in touch to help fvndraise. but also to get the help that they
real￿ need.
This reporting year has been another qurte one due to other work commitments for all
trustees. However, there has been a lot of interest coming from students taking part
in the Youth Philanthropy Inrtiative (YPI)

Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of Kindness packs have been streamlined again, to make them easier lo
the charity during the financial period
make up and distribute. These were initially made-up using letterbox
packaging to save {￿Sts and making delivery simpler, however. these are
now being prTrced on weight, making them more expensive. It is now better
to use larger boxes to maximise the cx)ntents for users.
We continue to work with several schools who partTrcipate in the Youth
Philanthropy Inrtiatsve IYPII. Once 4ain, this has raised the profile of
what we do and generated many messages from students who needed to
reach oui for help. The process of getting schools involved has also
raised the much-needed awarer￿sS of how students can behave
differenliy to each other to improve mental health and drive down the
likelihocKI of self-hanning or Sul￿de because of bullying.
The balloon tAns are still very successful in raising awareness and these
are being re-PU￿haSed for kindness packs and awareness sessions.
We ￿tinue to infomially team up a ￿uPle of SCIOS, lo pass on
those who need SF)e￿aliSt help that they can provide. Befvieen us, we
have successfulty helped several communty member5 who are now being
5UPPOrted on a regular basis.
