**What the charity does:** Peer support for people struggling with their mental health, reduce the incidence of suicide and the stigma surrounding mental ill health

**Objectives:** The organisation&#x27;s purposes are:  To promote the advancement of mental health and relief of those in need through providing access to information, training, peer support groups, therapies and other relevant opportunities that will allow those in Clydesdale affected by mental health illness to develop coping strategies, feel comfortable talking about mental health and live fulfilled lives.  To save lives and reduce the rate of suicide in Clydesdale by delivering courses and workshops aimed at reducing stigma and providing the public with the necessary skills to help a person who is in crisis or feeling suicidal.  To raise awareness of and support for the human rights of those who are experiencing, recovering or recovered from a mental health illness.  To engage with relevant organisations and bodies in order to advance their understanding of mental health issues.
