Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of
the charity during the finan¢ial period
The chanty has continued to work wtth other charities to support their work
with tsmilies. those needing help post addiction. Street Pastor training and
mentoring Feople of all ages in employment with sonE moving into career
destsnatsons.
Following the closure of the coffee shop by Ihe charity subsidiary
company ICAF4E CICI. altemats.ve options for similar operations were
explored but have not yet come to fruth"on. Athough the decision was
taken to dissolve the activits.es of the subsidiary company and remit the
remaining funds to the chanty. the dissolubon has not yet been completed
but the chartty has already recewed the substsntial part of the fvnds
previously generated by the company.
The trustees are conbnuing to explore fvrther opportunities to expand ils
activities within the local communty around the Aberdeen area.

Financial review
Brief statement of the charity'$ policy
on reserves
It is the policy of the Mis￿Onal Communty to fund activity from ongoing
revenue rather than to atxumulate reserves. The current reserves of
£44.039 are a resull of a signifi￿t donations from the subsidiary
a)mpany followiro closure of the c(fiee shop actniity. The trustees will
consider the TllOSt suitable use of Ihese funés when the charity is wound
in the near ftrture.

There were no deficits on knds at the end of the peTÉOd.

Olher optional information
Financial Viability.
The charity is fully financially viable on the basis of curient cash funds held of £44,539 at the end of the financial year.
It is therefore c￿s￿leted appropriate to report on the charity as a going concern and IL will be wound up in due course
as a solvent charity with residual funds to be di51tibuted for use by olher charities with similar purposes.
