**What the charity does:** To advance the culture of Highland Bagpipe music in Moray by providing a facility to teach youngsters between the age of 8 &amp; 16 how to play the pipes and drums (b)	To advance Scottish Heritage by widening the base of people in Moray who are able to play the national instrument and who are also conversant with its heritage.(c)	To advance the education of Moray youth by providing tuition on the Highland Bagpipe and side drum.(d)	To promote civic responsibility by assisting members of the rural community of Moray to live more fulfilled lives by engaging with a community scheme as a participant or a volunteer.(e)	To advance the community development of Moray by reducing the potential for anti-social behaviour by implementing a well organised community scheme for young people with the challenge of learning a specific skill.(f)	To advance citizenship in Moray by encouraging social inclusion for young people and volunteers in a worthwhile project

(g)	To advance the community development of Moray by introducing a scheme to teach young people to learn how to play the pipes and drums which will be aligned to similar schemes outside the Moray area and ultimately coordinated by the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association in the North of Scotland
