Sessions are also available online via Zoom for those who may be unable to attend in-person. The sessions commence with exercises warming up the body, breath and voice. These are designed to promote healthy breathing and to help participants manage their breathlessness. We then sing songs which have been carefully tailored to the needs and abilities of the participants of both groups. These songs cover a wide range of styles and genres. some may be chosen by the participants themselves while others have been composed specifically for the groups.  We promote the groups and the benefits of singing for lung health through our website www.warblers.org.uk and our Facebook page.
