The Iruslces reglilariy motti14)r the finantial p()8ition of the clwiiy and at this time have no significant concerns

Printip#l ri5k5 aDd uncertaintie5
The major ri%k5 to which the Association is exposed have becn formally T¢viewed. witb particular focus on evet)t$ that
would seriously impede the operniions of the Association.
Strategic safeguards are in place to Teduce. as far a5
Possible, the impacl ol'ihose risks. The risk regisier w8s updal¢d most recently in July 2025.
The A$so¥iation has limited eKPO5u￿ lo price risk, ¢redtt risk, liquidity risk and cash flow risk, due to the Daiure of its
Charitable aclivities. While the charity 15 reliant on don3ti0ns, IheTe 1$ no eurrent reason to see that thc5c would curtail io
thc cxtent that this would change the viabiltty of thc charity. The Lharity holds rtyserv¢s in ￿¢cordanCe with ils rese]ves

The prineipal risk8 atld uncertainties ale in the followin8 areas.. Health and safety. IT disaster recovery and planning,
laek t)f buildirtg Fabrit mainttnancc.
Health llnd Safety
Caring for sizeable facilities and a large group of individuals brings with it the ri$k$ of accidet)ts either in Serviced
facilities or accommodarion.
This risk is mitigated by a rigtsrou5 healtb and safety rouiin¢. Exp¢rts in this area give advice and directivn as tts help io

theiT tasks in the Safest Inanner. Docum¢ntalion is pioYid¢d as part uf their training.
IT disastcr Thxovery and planning
The systems used to aehi¢ve ihe aims of th¢ Associatton are completely Teliant on IT $ervi¢es. The poleniial for sucli
services io b¢ damaged or impeded in some way is a serious risk to the operations of the As50cJation. This risk is
mitigated by extreTnely detajled IT backup prorEdure&. Oftsitc backups are carried out regularty, with s¢nsiiive data
bcing backed up more frequently. Should a ph)'5ical seryer IK losr, remote servers kept off-site can lake over and ensure
the coniinued running of operat10115. In the unlikely event that the network gocs dowTU a strong, robus1 infras'tsucture
allows fLlI operations lo continue unintemipted.
Lack of bvilding fabric niaintenance
Rc¥ular rcpair and maintenance pr4)grammcs are carried out to a high standard. Experts in relevant ar¢as give trainin¥
and monitor these areas carefiilly. Ongoing training and documcnlation is prvvided based appropriate srandards and
followed by ihose who hav¢ th¢ responsibility for caring for the butldings.
Future plans
Continuiiig io support indiiriduals as members of the Ord¢r, helps them to eontinlle their sacred religious seryice. They
will also hav¢ a beneficial impact ift the wider communiiies wh¢r¢ th¢y worship and conduct theu public minisiry.
