**What the charity does:** Space2face Shetland is a creative restorative practices organisation. We are an independent charity and confidential service which uses restorative practices and the arts to support dialogue between those harmed by crime or conflict and those responsible for causing harm. We enable everyone affected by a particular incident or offence to play a part in repairing the harm and finding a positive way forward.

**Objectives:** 4	The organisation is established for charitable purposes only and, in particular, the objects are: 4.1.1	to provide the Shetland community and beyond with a Restorative Practices service including providing restorative processes for criminal and non-criminal harm, training and advocacy for restorative approaches. 4.1.2	to enable persons harmed, persons responsible for causing harm, their families and communities in Shetland and beyond to become involved in Restorative Practices for situations that have affected them of criminal and non-criminal harm. 4.1.3	to offer and advance the use of the arts as embedded within Restorative Practices and creative approaches to Restorative Practices. 4.1.4	to offer the Shetland community and beyond the chance to move forward and heal from criminal and non-criminal harm in a lasting and transformative way.
