The Kirk Session exercises its di8¢reiion in determining the most appropriate method of eleciing new Tnjstees (elders and Finanee Committee members) but any election process must involve the communicant membership of the congregation, all in a¢£ord#nc¢ the Consiitutton of the Congffgation.
