Think Youth Enterprise Services was founded in 2016 and was originality administratively located at and operated primarily from the Legacy Hub,
provided at the personal in-kind cost of Trustees and other charitable organisations.

During the year the charity remained dormant and conducted no activities. No income was received, no expenditure was incurred, and the charity held no assets or liabilities at any point during the period.
The charity was established to prevent or relieve poverty, advance education, and advance citizenship or community development. These purposes remain unchanged and the trustee(s) believe they continue to provide public benefit.
Update 2026
Due to the departure of the original trustees due to inaction and lack of volunteer support, the organisation has been inactive and dormant for several years and failed to hold regular Annual General Meetings or submit requisite information to OSCR.
The remaining trustee has now taken steps to appoint additional trustees with the intention of reviving the charity and resuming small-scale community-focused activities in the Glasgow area and/or to formally dissolve the charity.
Conclusion
Notwithstanding the aforementioned. The trustee(s) confirm compliance with their legal duties under the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 throughout the period.

1. Basis of preparation
These accounts have been prepared on the receipts and payments basis in accordance with the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended) and the charity’s constitution.
2. Status of the charity
The charity has been dormant throughout the year. No charitable activities were carried out. No income was received and no expenditure was incurred.
- Bank account
The charity does not hold a bank account. There are no funds, bank accounts, investments, debtors or creditors at the year end. 4. Reserves policy The charity holds no reserves. 5. Trustees’ responsibility The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity.
