we provide mental health services to people across Scotland and occasionally beyond. Services include counselling and therapy on a 1-2-1 basis as well as groups and training.

Objectives: Charitable Objects The company's charitable objectives are: 3.1 To promote better psychological health by providing high-quality, accessible therapeutic services, including counselling and psychotherapy, to improve mental health and well-being. Priority will be given to deprived areas and communities with the greatest need. 3.2 To support individuals of all ages, by offering psychotherapy, trauma therapy, perinatal mental health services for families, and mindfulness and psycho-educational workshops for individuals and families. 3.3 To advance education by providing training, educational programmes, and workshops.
