More than 700 members and volunteers from different industrial backgrounds have participated in our activities, including businessmen, doctors, and engineers.  Every year, more than 2000 people are benefited by the organisation, including donation, skills training or living issue solutions. Iraqi women and younger generation who belong to disadvantaged group are one of the primary focuses. Iraqi women are taught to protect themselves from domestic violence and young Iraqis learn the necessary skills for employment or fit in the school.  The Scottish Iraqi Association shows the contribution to maintain social harmony and stability, not only internal relationship within the Iraqi group but also between Iraqis and Scottish.
