**What the charity does:** We have provided artist support with bursaries, run a gallery, artists work space, held meetings, readings and performances, and published  calalogggues and pamphlets. We aren't currently active and hope to wind the charity down.

**Objectives:** to support the production of, and advance the education in contemporary visual arts culture and general cultural dialogue and understanding, by means of the encouragement of the arts, including (but not limited to) the provision of visual arts exhibition space, peer reviews, performances, events and workshops of international and Scottish new art.
