4.1 The advancement of education: 1: To facilitate and develop individuals' and community groups' learning, sharing and understanding of the area's heritage. - we respond to queries relating to local heritage and history - these come in person, by email, and on social media - we have a display cabinet in the village hall - we curate a Facebook group and page to share local heritage news, events, queries, photos, genealogy etc 4.2 The advancement of heritage and culture: 1: To research, record and promote the preservation of local heritage relating to the Parishes of Petty and Ardersier, Inverness-shire. - this is ongoing, and is collated digitally, online and in the local library 2: To use this information to create a publicly accessible archive of local heritage information. - We have a shelf in our local library of folders of local heritage information, alongside the library's local history section - Facebook page and group
