**What the charity does:** Vector24 is a Scottish charity supporting members of the armed forces community, including serving personnel, veterans and their families, to live healthier, safer and more connected lives. We remove practical barriers that prevent people accessing healthcare, wellbeing and community support – especially where isolation, trauma, disability or rural geography are factors. We do this through reliable, person-centred transport alongside friendly, trauma-informed support from trained staff and volunteers. We also provide navigation and onward referral into the right services, helping people attend appointments, rebuild routine, reduce loneliness and improve independence. Working in partnership with statutory and third-sector organisations, we offer early intervention and joined-up support for individuals and family units.

**Objectives:** 4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
