**What the charity does:** Objectives. 1. Enabling locally based groups to reach their full potential through mentoring support and signposting to relevant agencies. 2. Supporting intergenerational and all ability groups to deliver local projects.

**Objectives:** 1.1 Promoting Girvan as a vibrant town with a strong sense of community, building positive perceptions of Girvan to the wider community and building civic pride in our town. 1.2 Encouraging public participation in the planning and development process, using the talents of local people to regenerate the community and make sustainable changes. 1.3 Building and maintaining partnerships between community groups, voluntary organisations and public sector bodies to shape Girvan?s future. and 1.4 Developing a range of community projects in the Girvan area, including but not limited to social and community welfare, employment, improving health and wellbeing and the environment.
