Our Children's Trust is a Scottish Charitable Organisation (SCIO) and is governed by its Constitution.
## **Trustee recruitment and appointment**
The original trustees were those individuals who signed the charity trustee declaration forms which accompanied the appllcation for incorporation of the organisation. The board may at any time appoint any person to be a trustee by way of resolution passed by majority vote at a board meeting. At each AGM any trustee appointed during the period since the precedlng AGM shall retire from office but will be eligible for re ppointment at the next board meeting.

## - Achievements and performance
**Summary of the main achievements** As a charity we continue to help young families enjoy trips to Rothesay for **of the charity during the financial** respite and recreational flJn. We have taken on a small storage outlet to **period** store our land and water sports equipment as it was too much for the property to store. We rescued and re homed 12 dogs and horses going to be put to sleep. We offered the local schools HeartMath for exams and anxiety. On a very small budget we have achieved a great deal. We look to continue our Rehoming and respite for children in the coming year.
