The Annual Report for the Youth Mlnlstry Charlty SC046407 For the year endlng March 31•t 2024 During the Financial Year [April 1st 2023 to March 31st 2024] we have given donations almost exclusively to support work or organisations within a 20 mile radius of our base on the Isle of Gigha in Argyll. Working within our constitution, some of that work has been Christian in purpose, such as sponsoring some local young people to attend Christian youth events in the area. Some has been to support youth work volunteers such as those undertaking the Christmas Labyrinth event at Campbeltown Grammar School. Some has been given to help young people who are working with other voluntary youth work agencies, such as Youth Impact in Campbeltown. Finally, some has been used to support local youth and children's work here on the Isle of Gigha, mainly helping them to cover the costs of booking the Village Hall for island based events. Events that we have sponsored dunng this year include." Youth Impact," for the purchase of some second-hand guitars for the young people to learn to play. Port Ban Youth Weekend,. sponsorship for some young people. SKY Volunteers." to purchase equipment for the 3 day long, Christmas Labyrinth at Campbeltown Grammar School, which the whole school attended in conjunction with the staff of that school. Hire of the Gigha Village Hall for the preparation of lights for the Annual Gigha Christmas Light Trail and for the preparation of the Christmas Labyrinth at the Grammar School.
