The ¢haTity's trustees are responsible for the pryT&tion of the accounts in &¢ordance
with the tem)s of the Charities and TnLSt¢e Investment (Scoti8nd) Act 2￿5 ard the
Cbarities Accounts {Scotland) Regulations 2006.
The ¢Ftarity th￿tee5 ¢onsider that the audit requirements of Regul&tion 10 (I) (d) of th¢
Ac¢ourftts RegulatioDs does not apply. It is my responsibility to examkne the accounts &8
required under section 44 (1) (c ) of the Act and to state wh¢ther particular matters have
come to my att¢ntion.

My examination is Wried out in accordance with Regulation I l of the Charities
Accounts (Scodand) Regul￿10n9 2006. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with
those records. It al￿ in¢lud¢s consideration of any Unusu￿ items or dis¢losures in the
accounts. and seeks cxplat]ations from the trustecs Co￿erning any such matters. The
pr￿edureS undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an
