**What the charity does:** By teaching people to bring designs to life through making—and involving them in every stage of a real business, from concept to creation to shipping—we build confidence, spark belief in their potential, and equip them with the experience and skills to thrive at work and in life.  We offer free training and work experience in small scale manufacturing and business management. open to all in our community we have a particular focus on supporting young people and those facing additional barriers to employment.

**Objectives:** 4.1 To relieve unemployment in Scotland by supporting people through employment opportunities, training and work experience in business management and manufacturing skills, culminating in being opportunity ready for employment, education or training and enabling access to relevant opportunities. 4.2 To advance education through delivering a series of skill-building training activities, and promoting access to further training and education opportunities 4.3 To organise recreational activities in support of other training and that are available to members of the local community, to increase selfesteem, raise aspirations, build core skills and create alternative community interaction points 4.4 To advance citizenship by encouraging and promoting volunteering and community development across age cohorts
