We are a Scotland-wide parent led charity set up to help children and young people who face challenges and encounter barriers of exclusion due to speech, language and communication difficulties. supporting parents and carers by providing information, guidance and support as well as promoting inclusion, and enhancing the language and communication skills alongside the well-being of children and young people through 1:1 therapeutic support and group activity using a whole family approach. Our support is quality assured using evidence based programmes delivered by a well trained staff team, along with local support from dedicated bank of volunteers. Our main areas of operation are in Dundee and Tayside, Edinburgh and Fife. We run a national Helpline which helps hundreds of families benefit from assistance, offering remote digital 1:1/online group support for families who struggle to find specialist help in their geographic area.

Objectives: 4 The organisation's purposes are to support the development of speech and language and promote social inclusion for the public benefit of children, young people and adults with speech, language and communication needs. with a focus on impaired speech and language. to relieve their needs and enable them to reach their potential. and to assist them to integrate fully within society.
