To promote and encourage the playing of football to all youths aged 4-21. Giving the youths a club to train and play in small sided games and work their way up to competitive matches when they are old enough. Continue to develop a player pathway in conjunction with Arniston Rangers Football Club and Arniston Rangers Women’s Football Club. Offering training in advancing levels of coaching badges and first aid training to volunteer coaches.

Objectives: 4.1 To advance public participation in the sport of youth football, hereinafter referred to as the 'sport'. In furtherance of this the club will: i) promote and encourage the playing of the sport to all youths aged 4-21 years of age. ii) organise, manage and develop youth football for all members of the Club. iii) be members of appropriate leagues for the purposes of establishing regular competitive play for the club's representative teams iv) provide training and playing facilities for its members v) promote and maintain the highest standards of technical competence and safety in the sport vi) uphold the rules of the sport vii) provide equal opportunities for successful participation by all section of the community
