To benefit the people of Drumchapel by providing relief from loneliness, isolation and poverty. We provide opportunity to integrate, learn and build on skills, companionship and activities. We provide various activities with lunch included,, information and support where necessary. We also provide support to folk with Poor Mental Health and long-term Health issues.

Objectives: 4.1 To relieve or prevent the effects of poverty by providing opportunities and information to residents of G15 to improve their circumstances. 4.2 To provide advice and opportunities to further education by access to relevant resources and facilities. 4.3 To aid improvement in mental health and well-being by reducing isolation and promoting self-responsibility in achieving manageable goals. 4.4 To improve community engagement and citizenship by encouraging volunteering and independent achievements which support the wider community and develop skills. 4.5 The advancement of heritage by encouraging pride and community engagement to look positively on their community and the achievements it has made, to record these and display for future generations. 4.6 To develop physical skills in maintaining a healthy lifestyle through sport and outdoor activities that is appropriate to their age, skill, and ability. Also to support identified, talented individuals where possible to take part in wider activities. 4.7 To facilitate the opportunity for community groups to have a safe meeting place to build their community spirit, encouraging equal rights and opportunities and promote religious and racial harmony. 4.8 To promote environmental pride and responsibility by raising awareness of the community and engaging them in positive schemes to improve their living environment and the areas around. 4.9 To address any other area or difficulty highlighted by the community that may be detrimental to the health and well-being of the community residing with GIS area.
