Objectives: The main objective of the parent council is The Advancement of Education. The Advancement of Education will be achieved by the following methods: • Working in partnership with the school and local community to create a welcoming school which is inclusive for all parents' • Promoting partnership between the school, its pupils and all its parents • Developing and engaging in activities which support the education and welfare of the pupils • Identifying and representing the views of parents on the education provided by the school and other matters affecting the education and welfare of the pupils • Organising social events and activities for pupils and their families • Undertaking fund raising in support of all Parent Council activities
