The charit). s trustees are ￿SpOnsible for ihe preparalinn of the accnunts in Occordance with the
tenns of the Chariiies und Trustees InN'¢51m¢nt IScoil[￿d) Act 9005 and the Charities Accounts
(SLOtland} Regiulaliuns 20ffi. The charli) s iruste¢s consider that the audii requirement of
Regulation l O{ l ){al io (c) ot the Accounts Regulations does nol apply. It is ms. responsibility
to examine the accounts as reqUI￿a under Section 44 {1)(c) of the Act and to state whether
particular mattcrs havc come to mv attention.
Basis of tbe independenl examiner's report
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation I l of the Charities Accounts
(Scotland) R¢g?uldtions ?006. An ¢xaminaiion includes a review of the accolmting records kept
by the charitv and a COMp￿]son ol. th¢ accounts presented ￿1th those records. It alg) includes
consideralinn of any uniiqiial ilems or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations
from the t￿￿tee5 concerning an), such matiers. The procedures undertaken do not provide all
the ci'idence ih¢il M'ould be rtyul￿d in an audit, and consequenily I do not express an audit
opinion on the view given bs. the accounts.
