**What the charity does:** Struan Community gala promote social community events to bring the local community together and reduce social isolation. The annual community gala held in June is open to all members of the community and the general public. We also organise and carry out fundraising events throughout the year for the members of the community.

**Objectives:** The organisation's purpose is to organise recreational events for the people of the community of Struan which will promote:- ? positive relations within the Community across all ages ? the advancement of citizenship and community development ? the advancement of the arts, heritage and culture ? getting people more involved in community activities thus improving such things as social isolation, which has a positive impact on health.
