Year end 2020 accounts agreed and verbally signed off.
Discussed closure of charity.
a. Agreed now only a few sponsors and limited gift aid appropriate time to close.
b. CM highlighted need for a final resolution and necessary to contact OSCR. PN agreed to do so.

Actions:

PN to send accounts to accountant for final review then submit to OSCR.
PN to review OSCR guidelines for closing charity then to feedback on steps needed.
PN to submit gift aid form to HMRC.
