(b) Community Outreach: The organisation arranges community-based programmes which address the felt needs of the people in the community.    (c) Carrying out Baptism, Marriage, Funerals, Child dedication services.   (d) Publication of literature: Leaflets, booklets and other printed materials shall be produced to inform and communicate the essence of the Christian doctrine.
