**Objectives:** The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: To advance public participation in sport. To provide and organise recreational facilities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, namely the residents of Ellon and the surrounding areas.  BY: 4.1 Maintaining, managing and administering the Meadows Sports Centre and adjoining car park located at Ellon and on lease from Aberdeenshire Council at reasonable cost. 4.2 Managing and administering sports facilities located at Ellon on behalf of or in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council. 4.3 Providing a range of community learning, sporting and leisure based opportunities to individuals and community groups, based within the area of Ellon and surrounding areas, at reasonable cost. 4.4 To be non-party-political and non-sectarian in all its activities.
