Achievements and performance
Summary of the rnain achievements of Activities in this period saw the b￿d complete the usual busy schedule of
the charity during the financial pèriod
events anis perfomiing.
Famierfs markets, galas, prNale engagements and ¢ommunty event5 a
helped to affirm our presence in the community and contribute to band
funds.
Practice continued at Haddingion Joint Campus Prirnary School, provSding
good indoor and guldoor facilities for the band.
Our annual calendar provided additional fvnds as well as prornoling the
band and our wider community.
The band trustees continued to meet on a regular monthly basis using the
convenience of online lechnology.
The rnix of young and adutt learngr¥ ¢omlng through to full playing
members continues to bear fruit with the roster for the futur8 looking very
promising.
More expenditure on uniforms and instruments 15 therefore eXpe￿ed.
Based on current batKI funds this looks achievable and we expect this to
be lopped up in the future with current performance bookings.
The band plans lo perforrn at the Fete Franco-Ewsse in our twin town of
Aubigny-sur-Nère in 2025. Funds will be used lor transportation of
members and equipment with events focussod on contributing to these
cost5.
Overall the band continues lo be in a hèathy position both finanualy and
as an organisation.
Our core activrty of performing traditional piping and drumming continues
lo receive enthusiastic support from band members and the wider
eommunity.
