**Purposes:** 'the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended','the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage','the advancement of animal welfare'

**What the charity does:** We improve the mental health of people, mostly children and young people through the provision of Equine Assisted Learning. We rescue ponies, turn their life's around and then they work with the children and young people. We run blocks of sessions of 7 weekly, sessions that last one hour each week

**Objectives:** The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are:  4.1 To relieve the suffering and distress, illness and discomfort of ponies and horses by providing sanctuary and resources to aid their recovery.  4.2 The relief of children and adults with mental and/or physical disability or who are experiencing emotional distress and disadvantage through the provision, or assistance in the provision of equine familiarisation, to provide a safe environment where the children/adults can experience new activities.
